Hoosier Warrior Coffee was founded by combat veterans who grew up in Indiana. These men recognized the need for a local Indiana patriotic coffee company with wholesome values. By combining military honor, patriotism, love of coffee, and an entrepreneurial spirit, we bring to you Hoosier Warrior Coffee – a great-tasting gourmet coffee, locally roasted in Indiana.

Brian K. Phillips
Chief Executive Officer
Our Chief Executive Officer is a United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) Class of 1999 graduate and former combat pilot.
Major Andrew J. Deacon
Chief Financial Officer
Major Deacon is currently an MQ-9 Reaper pilot in the 2nd SOS at Hurblurt Field, FL, and a United Airlines First Officer in the Boeing 737. He was born in Northern Indiana and graduated from Penn High School in 1992. In April 1995, Andy enlisted in the Air Force and graduated from Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) in December 1995. He was then assigned to the 19th ASOS at Ft. Campbell, KY. Andy later attended the University of Indiana at South Bend where he graduated in December 2002. He received his commission from Notre Dame’s ROTC Detachment 225 and attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Vance Air Force Base, OK. Andy went on to fly the KC-135R/T Stratotanker with the 344th ARS McConnell Air Force Base, KS, and the U-28A/PC-12 at Hurlburt Field, FL and the KC-135 with the 153rd ARS Meridian, MS. Major Deacon is an instructor pilot with over 5,000 flight hours, including over 3,000 combat hours garnered in his 16 deployments and current MQ-9 missions in the ongoing GWOT.
Andy is the Chief Financial Officer for Hoosier Warrior Coffee. He oversees the financial health of HWC.
He is married to Major Kerry Sheridan an AC-130U gunship evaluator pilot, 4th SOS, 5th SOS, and currently the 492nd at Hurlburt Field, FL.
Natalie J. Corvin
Marketing Director
Natalie has over 15 years of experience in marketing. She has a wide range of experience in many areas of marketing including Market Research, Corporate Branding, Social Media Marketing, Strategic, and Marketing Planning. Over the years, she has worked with companies from small start-ups to multi-million dollar organizations in many different industries including healthcare, agriculture, retail and construction. She is responsible for overseeing the graphic and marketing presence of HWC in print, textile, and digital media.
Natalie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University. In addition to working with HWC, she is the Owner and Marketing Strategist at Corvin Marketing & Design. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and dogs.
