Who We Are

Brian Phillips

Brian is our Chief Executive Officer.  He is a former combat pilot and a 1999 United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) graduate.

Andrew Deacon

Andrew Deacon is a Chief Financial Officer.  He oversees the financial health of Hoosier Warrior Coffee.

Andy retired from the United States Air Force in 2022 at the rank of Major after a long career.   He enlisted in the Air Force in April 1995 and graduated from the Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) in December 19995.  After TACP graduation, He was assigned to the 19th ASOS at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  Andy later attended the University of Indiana at South Bend, graduating in December 2002.  He received a commission from Notre Dame’s ROTC Detachment 225 and attended Undergraduate Pilot Training at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma.  Andy went on to fly the KC-135/T Stratotanker with the 344th ARS McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, the U-28A/PC-12 at Hurlburt Field, and the KC-135 with the 153rd ARS Meridian, Mississippi. He most recently was a MQ-9 Reaper Pilot in the 2nd SOS at Hurlburt Field, Florida.  Andy was also an instructor pilot with over 5,000 flight hours, including over 3,000 combat hours garnered in his 16 deployments and MQ-9 missions in the ongoing GWOT.

He is currently a United Airlines First officer in the Boeing 737.

Andy was born in Northern Indiana and graduated from Penn High School in 1992.  He is married to Major Kerry Sheridan who was one of only 4 female pilots to Pilot the AC-130U Gunship “Spooky” as part of the 4th SOS and is currently the 492nd at Hurlburt Field, Florida.

Natalie Corvin

Natalie is our Chief Marketing and Operations Officer.  She has over 15 years of experience in marketing, including market research, corporate branding, social media marketing, and strategic and marketing planning. Over the years, Natalie has worked with companies from small start-ups to multi-million dollar organizations in many industries, including non-profit, healthcare, agriculture, retail, and construction.  She is responsible for overseeing the graphic and marketing presence of Hoosier Warrior Coffee in print, textile, and digital media.  She is also responsible for managing the daily operations of the company.

Natalie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is the only civilian member of the team. Natalie is proud of the many members of her family who served in the military.  She enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and dogs.
